Operational Data Foundation & ERP Unification

Two ERPs, one number that agrees

“Every plant reports OEE, and each one works it out differently.”

Context

Where it started

Regional silos and disconnected ERPs, with each KPI defined locally. Plant-to-plant comparison became an argument about definitions rather than a decision, and group-level margin leaks stayed invisible.

Action

What our team built

Our team built one operational data layer across the ERP and MES estate, leaving site systems in place. Master data is governed centrally, KPI definitions are fixed once and pushed to every site, and comparison runs by plant, line, shift and product off a single set of figures.

Agents reason over one set of facts. Skip this layer and every agent downstream inherits the argument instead of settling it.
